  Dosage: Capsules to be taken before breakfast with milk for 3 consecutive days.Nothing to be taken except:   Note: People who remain chronically constipated should regularly take 2 teaspoons full of Trifla Powder with warm water at bedtime to avoid constipation. Once the piles are relieved, it is advisable to consume one more pack of Arshkalp one week later to avoid recurrence.
