About Jagravi Plus Churan There is no salt or sweet of any kind in Jagrivi Plus Churna, so this powder can be taken by normal patients as well as patients with blood pressure and sugar. Benefits:

Dosage: 1. After mixing a bowl of curd and a little water (100 grams curd and 25 grams water) after the morning meal is over (nothing is left on the plate) then use this curd. Do not add any kind of sweetener, salt, or any other substance in curd, use only curd and water. 2. Drink the juice of one lemon mixed in a glass of plain water, 3/4 (pon) hour before having lunch. And do not use any kind of salt and sweetener in it. And after drinking lemon water every day for 2-3 days, leave it for 1-2 days.
