Ingredients in GLYCIE Tablet act as: ā¢ Antiādiabetic (madhuāmehaāhara) ā Decreases raised blood glucose possibly by ā i. enhancing tissue sensitivity to insulin, (ii) and/or stimulating Ī² cells of Langerhans to increase insulin production ā¢ Stimulates fat breakdown (medoāhara) and thus lowers excess body fat, raised blood cholesterol and triglycerides, and raises low HDL cholesterol ā¢ Corrects hypothalamicāpituitary thyroid / ovarian dysfunction (udanaāsamanaāapana samyak) ā¢ Counter atherosclerosis (dhamaniāpratichayaāhara) ā¢ Anticoagulant (raktaāgranthiāhara)
Dosage: ā¢ Adults: 2 tabs tid. Taper off on improvement. ā¢ Children (6ā9 yrs): 1ā4ā 1ā2 of adult dose, in crushed form. ā¢ To be taken just after meals Precautions: Avoid during pregnancy, children below 6 yrs, bleeding disorders, along with antiācoagulants. Regular blood test for BT, CT, PT is must for longāterm use.
